Meet Sage & Her Five Tiny Sprouts — Safe Pet Project’s Newest Rescues When Sage and her five 3‑week‑old kittens were abandoned in Hiawassee, one of our very best kitty fosters, Ms. R, didn’t hesitate. She went straight to the rescue and brought this entire little family to safety — along with Lincoln and another pregnant mom, Mia. Now Sage and her babies — Fern, Fig, Knox, Poppy & Stache — are thriving, warm, fed, and loved. We think we know their sexes, but those will be confirmed at their first vaccination appointments in a few weeks. Applications are reviewed in the order they’re received. Approved adopters get to choose their kitten in that same order — which means getting your application in early truly matters. We already have an approved adopter waiting for one (or two!) of these cuties. What’s Included in the $75 Adoption Fee?
