Toliver is currently on an impressive wellness journey and has already lost 5 pounds — down from 30 pounds to 25 pounds! He’s feeling better, moving better, and we know that with continued love and care, he still has many happy, healthy years ahead of him. Now, let’s talk about what Toliver is looking for in a home: • No other cats • No dogs • No young children Toliver likes his peace and quiet and prefers not to share his kingdom. He can get overstimulated and occasionally gives “love bites,” so he needs an experienced cat person who understands feline boundaries and appreciates a cat with a little sass. He’s not a fan of being picked up (understandable for a “big-boned” gentleman), but he LOVES head scratches, cheek rubs, neck scratches, and being brushed. He’s excellent with his litter box and scratching posts, and his favorite pastime is supervising from a sunny windowsill. Toliver also hates adoption events, so he’s opting out of the public appearances. Honestly? We respect it.
