Alfalfa is a sweet 9-year-old, 14-pound Chihuahua mix who was originally adopted from us in 2017 and is now available again due to changes in his family. He is gentle and a little shy at first but quickly blossoms into an affectionate cuddle companion who likes to stay close. Alfalfa is house-trained, walks nicely on leash, uses a doggie door, and is both dog- and cat-friendly; after recently losing his bonded buddy Taquito, he may enjoy having a canine friend. About 9 years old and 14 pounds. House-trained and comfortable in apartment or shared-wall living.
Good with other dogs. Cat-friendly. Gentle and shy at first, becomes affectionate once he feels safe. Recently lost his bonded buddy Taquito; may enjoy another dog but it is not required. Walks nicely on leash and currently uses a doggie door.
Neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Originally adopted in 2017 and rehomed through no fault of his own. A calm, patient household where he can feel secure, ideally with another friendly dog but not required.
