Solo

Mr. Solo (Napoleon or Hans) is a 3-year-old Spanish greyhound (Galgo) who is doing very well adjusting to his retirement. He really loves people and will follow you around in the house and stay pretty close. He appears to show an affinity toward men, although he is also affectionate toward women. He will seek out your hand as he loves a nice pet and will push his nose in for a good head scratch. He adores walks but is happy to spend time in a fenced yard meditating while staring at almost nothing. He gets along well with housemates either as a pillow or providing cushioning for them. Toys are a source of entertainment – more to carry and sleep with than to play with. Learning simple commands has been easy thus far as he’s more interested in pleasing his people than eating the treat. We adopt within 1 1/2 hours of Kansas City. www.kcregap.org
