About this organization

Passion for Pitties is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, foster-based pit bull rescue dedicated to saving, rehabilitating, and rehoming pit bulls and bully breed mixes in need. We work with shelters, animal control agencies, and community members to rescue dogs facing homelessness, neglect, abandonment, or euthanasia. Each dog we intake receives veterinary care, spay/neuter services, vaccinations, microchipping, and the love and support needed to prepare them for a successful future. Our mission is to give every dog the opportunity to live a safe, happy, and healthy life while helping to change misconceptions about pit bull-type breeds through education, advocacy, and responsible pet ownership. We are committed to matching our dogs with loving, lifelong families where they can thrive. Through the dedication of our volunteers, fosters, adopters, and supporters, we work every day to save lives and give deserving dogs the second chances they deserve.
