About this organization

We started rescuing, rehabilitating & rehoming animals independently in the early 90's and have worked with & fostered for various rescues over the years. Now our focus is Papillons and other toy & small dogs who are being bred to death in puppy mills that are copping up all over Wisconsin. These mill dogs all had a rocky start & with Rocky Start Rescue they have a way out & a brighter and loved future ahead of them.
