Hey there, I'm Rex! I'm a 7 month old, neutered male Spaniel/Beagle mix that currently weighs 26 lbs. but since I'm still growing, I could be 35-45 lbs. as an adult. I'm an energetic and super playful pup that needs to start from scratch. I would love to go home with a family that has had puppies before and is familiar with helping them everything, from potty training to walking on leash. I'm so super smart and ready to learn and I can't wait to learn with you. I would love to meet you, so please bring the whole family, including resident dogs. Here's how I did: I took Rex on the hike today. He was a wiggle worm when trying to get him leashed but Rex rode beautifully in the car - he calmly sat in the backseat the entire time. During the hike, he did really well with dogs, people and bikes. He has a lot of young puppy energy and needs to work on his leash manners and impulse control, but overall easy to handle given his size. Rex had a blast on the beach and enjoyed time in the water soaking up the sun.
