If you activate or manage a QR-code or NFC pet tag, we collect information associated with the tag, including scan events, hashed IP addresses, approximate location derived from device signals, device type, and time of scan.

If you invite caretakers or emergency contacts, we collect the information you provide about those individuals. If you interact with our AI-powered features, including directive drafting, pet description generation, or matching tools, we collect the content of your prompts, questions, responses, and interactions.

We collect information automatically when you use the Site or Services, including device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, approximate location derived from IP address, and other usage information.
